Rhythmic Connections is a social group journey designed to nurture and empower neurodiverse tweens & teens through creative arts, yoga and mindfulness.
Our programme encourages participants to explore mindful movement, cultivate self-awareness, practice communication skills, and embrace their authentic selves.

We focus on sensory integration, and creative expression and advocate on nurturing our overall health of physical and mental well-being.

Rhythmic Connections is a safe space where we meet each individual where they are and at their own pace, fostering a community where they can build deeper connections with themselves and with like-minded and like-hearted peers.
  • Learn self-regulation skills (breathing exercises & body movements) and navigating anxiety
  • Social-emotional learning (Social awareness, self-awareness of our emotions & feelings, relationship skills and boundary setting).
  • Develop a deeper sense of body-awareness
  • We weave in therapeutic music activities, group singing, yoga & mindful movement, group reflections of class theme and restorative yoga poses to support the down-regulation of our nervous system.
The essence of Rhythmic Connections is community. Join us if your teen is looking to make friends outside of school setting and to connect with like-minded and like-hearted peers!

Important:
  • This is a safe program designed for neurodiverse teens age 13-17.
  • Single drop-in session is available.
